I grew up in a small community in southern Indiana called Jasper. Although I was born and raised in a small town, that didn't stop me from having big time goals. The hardworking community around me pushed me to go for more, so I decided that I was going to further my education after high school. That's when my eyes wandered to the IU Bloomington campus. I soon realized although it was a beautiful place, it was too large for me. That's when I decided to transfer to IUPUI, where I found my home.
